Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up we store your name, email, and organization membership. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk.
• Content you create. Scripts, avatar configurations, and the audio, images, and videos generated from them.
• Connected accounts. When you connect a social platform (such as YouTube), we store the access and refresh tokens needed to publish on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Usage records. A metered log of the generation and publishing operations you run, used for accounting and support.

Google user data

If you connect a Google or YouTube account, you grant Loqumotion access to your YouTube channel so that we can upload and manage videos that you create in the app. We request only the scopes needed for this, and we use the access solely to publish your own content to your own channel at your direction. We do not use it to read or collect other people's data, to build advertising profiles, or for any purpose you have not asked for.

Loqumotion's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• generate videos and other media from your scripts and avatars;
• publish and schedule that media to the social accounts you connect;
• operate, secure, and improve the service, and provide support;
• meter usage so we can account for the provider costs of your activity.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that make Loqumotion work, and only as needed to deliver the service you request:

• Infrastructure: Cloudflare (hosting, database, and media storage) and Clerk (authentication).
• AI providers: ElevenLabs, Hedra, fal.ai, and Anthropic, which process the scripts and assets required to generate your media.
• Social platforms: the accounts you explicitly connect, when you publish to them.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's platform. Social platform tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM before being written to our database, and the encryption key is held separately in secret storage. We restrict access to production data to what is necessary to run the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep your content and connected-account tokens for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a social account at any time, which deletes its stored tokens. You can request deletion of your account and associated content by emailing sean@seantimm.com.

Revoking Google access

You can review and revoke Loqumotion's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops all future publishing to that account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
