Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Loqumotion. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Loqumotion on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Loqumotion generates videos and other media from the scripts and avatars you provide, and publishes that media to social accounts you connect. Features may change over time as we develop the product.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any social accounts you connect.

Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of the scripts, avatars, and media you create. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload and for the content you publish. You agree not to use Loqumotion to:

  • publish content you do not have the right to distribute;
  • impersonate real people in a deceptive way, or create content that is unlawful, harassing, or misleading;
  • violate the terms or policies of any platform you publish to.

Loqumotion produces AI-generated content. You are responsible for disclosing that where the destination platform requires it; the app provides controls to help you do so.

Third-party platforms

When you connect and publish to a third-party platform, you also agree to that platform's terms. In particular, by using Loqumotion to publish to YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of Google services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party platforms.

Disclaimer and liability

Loqumotion is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Loqumotion and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or as needed to protect the service or its users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
